      <image:caption>Katrina Frye (she/her) is the founder and lead principal at Culture Shift Collective. Since graduating with her Master's degree from CGU’s Arts Management program in 2013, Katrina Frye has had the privilege of fostering new conversations around art, business, entrepreneurship, and diversity. Founding Culture Shift Collective in 2020 after five years of consulting practice, she wished to join forces with other consultants in hopes of reimagining collaborative care. She has led conversations and workshops for the United States of Women, Netflix, ArtCenter, LA County Arts Commission, the Center for Cultural Innovation, and more. By lecturing at institutions like CBU, CSU Long Beach, CalArts, and PCC, Katrina has been able to bring her years of experience to our next generation. His workshops and training in both the private and public sectors have helped numerous organizations recognize how rich and dynamic their multiracial, inclusive spaces already are. Justin has led these workshops in cities across the country on topics such as the roots of systemic oppression, cultural humility, calling in vs. calling out, and how to have courageous conversations in the workplace. Using Martin Luther King Jr.’s fourth and final book, “Where Do We Go From Here: Chaos or Community?” as the foundation to this training, we will outline where we are, what is power, why this work is personal, and where do we want to go?
