We all belong to the future.

We work to make space and empower future leaders.

Our Intent

We are dedicated to creating a positive shift and reframing systems towards a more equitable future for creatives in the workplace.

As a collective of educators and facilitators with over ten years of personal and professional experience around systems change, program creation, workshop training, and executive coaching, we are willing and energized about starting and facilitating hard conversations. We begin by developing a shared language with all our work being grounded in a passion for equity and diversity.

We exclusively partner with individuals, teams, and organizations that match our genuine passion for being an agent of change. We believe all will be equally represented, respected, and restored in their trust when the work is a collaborative effort to create an impactful, lasting cultural shift.

Why Creatives?

Creatives are historians.

We believe creatives bring the present to life and therefore set history in motion. The world looks to the creative for hope, for inspiration, to shine on the realities of our past, present, and future. Creatives dedicate their lives to documenting the present, we create artifacts and gather stories that will live beyond us.

Creatives are visionaries.

We believe art moves culture and culture shapes our future. In that belief, we know creatives are the first to break rules, push boundaries, pose intimate questions and challenge the status quo. They see what has been hindering us from forward progress and can see the impact our choices will have if we are willing to articulate our intent.

Inspired Article // Inspired Creator

Creatives are guides.

We believe creatives to not only speak their truth but make space for others to find their way to their truths. They have a unique ability to leverage their talents and creativity to shine a light on the things most important in life.

Why Now?

Our World is watching.

For some, the work of antiracism and a fight for equity started far before the murders of Ahmaud Arbery and George Floyd. But for others, the events awakened their eyes to the reality of systemic racism in America. To fight for a more equitable future, we believe the un-doing/re-learning begins in your sphere of influence. This decade consumers and clients are aligned in their awareness and desire for a more humanistic, caring approach to work, to the workplace, and to workers. We honor this responsibility by educating, empowering, and promoting the vigilant practice of dismantling systemic racism.

Our Industry is ready.

Between the #Metoo, March for Our Lives, Women’s March, and Black Lives Matter we have seen the arts, entertainment, and tech industries have been called out, named, and re-organized. Our work as allies, advocates, and change facilitators is to now call in. We are calling in all organizations ready to be held accountable. It will take us all coming in and reconciling to move forward. Our work is come alongside executives, gatekeepers, managers, investors, and the like, to give ample opportunity to change our industry, to divest power, to give voice to the voiceless, and to empower new leaders.

“Their ability to lead important conversations and create space for learning, sharing and growing has made them an asset to our organization and we are so grateful for everything they have done for Soapbox Women.”
